Hi guys, I'm sending a post because I didn't find a "Welcome" section in the forum (as usual).
I am Bianciardi Lorenzo, teenager, 16 year old.
I live in Siena, Italy, forgive me for my bad English.
The problem:
I know 3D Rad for about 4 years and I love this software, I like its simplicity, but, till now, I have always created few things, because of the poor service that I found around it (simple tutorials, only, like "How to add a car").
I hope with your help I could expand my poor knowledge. I begin answering 3 questions:
First question) I notice that 3D rad owns the ability to add a script: what kind of script? which programming language?
Second question) I've created a simple circuit with and houses by using Sketchup, tools useful for a game I am developing: how can I do car collision?
Third question) Is there any tutorials around, or, maybe, is there someone able to explain to me how I can make a simple map? One thing that indicate where I am (the car) and where is (for example) a garage?
Thanks, - LorenzoB.

What you need to do is read up on the basics of 3drad first. Now that the official 3drad support site has closed and 3drad isnt supported anymore other than websites like this there is one source for reference copied from the original forum. Check out this info and you'll find lots of basic help for the questions you have. web.archive.org/web/20120103153208/http://3drad.com/how-to-make-a-3d-game.htmSearch around that site and visit the links, you'll see some info missing but there are tons of helpful info there for newbies.
