Hey, dude... I am glad that you started using SketchUp... You will learn really fast in SKP because it's very easy... Good luck with the Pteragon model...

Man, I think there are no exporters from sketchup to blender. broken_keyboard  I've been searching EVERYWHERE, but... I found one.... WHICH WAS PREMIUM!!!!  broken_keyboard broken_keyboard broken_keyboard Its free version was up to 1000 faces! Man, I plan to make pteragon with at least 3000!

You need SketchUp Make 2016. You'll get SketchUp Pro trial for free BTW. And to export them for Blender, you need COLLADA or *.obj file which you add with Import->waverfont(.obj) and for collada, I think it is blender object.

Yes, I just did it, but it shows the textures only inthe blender render.
