I downloaded 3DRadExporter.rbs and put it in my plugins folder, but when I export, the file doesn't show up. Help please

hey Lollipop welcome to the forum , i didn't really understood what you meant by the 'file doesn't show up' it doesn't show up in the 3d rad software or in the file explorer? and what do you export it as? you also have to give the location of the 3d rad folder when you use the plugin for the first time, make sure you gave the right address...

thanks for the warm welcome 1. it doesn't show up in the file exporter. 2. i export it as a directx file. 3. i haven't downloaded 3drad.

You don't need to download 3D Rad in order to use it's exporter...
You have to export by going to plugins at the top bar, then 3D Rad, then export as whatever you want...

i'm sorry to bump this thread but i just changed my pc and i have the latest version of Sketchup installed, but even if i put the exporter in the Tools folder (or in the two Plugins folder too if that matters) the plugin option doesn't show up, why?

You can try compressing the rbs file into zip, then rename the extention to rbz and install it from sketchup... It usually works...
