Ok, Im new here and not sure if this is where this goes. Anyway i was wondering if its possible to use this L3DT as an add on. If not then how would you import the maps created?

Welcome, heffy117, time to explain... When you're ready with your terrain go to 3D Rad, go to Object -> Install custom rigidBody (Polygon)... Then go back to L3DT, go to File -> Export -> Optimized Mesh... Select the format to .x (directX)... save the model into the directory, where the new rigidBody is installed... For example: C:\ Program Files \ 3D Rad \ 3DRad_res \ objects \ rigidBody \ yourname* \ rigidbody_.x*yourname is the name which you gave to the custom installed rigidbody Save it on rigidbody_.x... Play around with the settings in the dialog and press export... Save it again on rigidbody_mesh.x... load in 3D Rad and try...

OK. After importing them, adding a rigid-body, loading the file, and playing the program all I get is a bridge. Did I import/export them correctly?

Hey, I read this thread. I don't understand at all the guide posted by Power Supersport. Could you explain that step by step? I'm new this program. I'd be grateful if somebody would reply.
P.S.: What does mean the attachment posted by Power Supersport?

what PS posted is the usual method, but i recently found a much easier way: get terraingenerator305 [free] export as .obj, then use a sketchup obj plugin to import it, then export to rad. this saves all the manual file naming rigmarole.

I think that OBJ importer is paid... The method I am giving (although I clearly didn't explain it pretty well) is free and efficient... I also would like to to have the ability to edit it in SketchUp, but the plugin is just so expensive...

PS, there is a free obj importer on sketchucation, it doesn't work on all files especially big models, but smaller ones usually work ok, but that's su8 i'm using.
