first,u can start by extract the skinmesh files to your skinmesh folder,then run the one of the project,and edit them as u want or merge the to your own project

You will need to extract the files to the right file respiratory. For example skinmesh file wil go hand in hand to the other skinmesh file located in: 3DRad-> 3DRad_res-> Objects-> SkinMesh

Right. How do we make models like the AR15 with the hands? What software? Does anyone know? I'll take a reply from a Hamster! Nobody seems to know where ever I ask, It's frustrating

use any modeler , sketchup, blender, 3ds max watch some tutorials and you will learn, but sketch up is recommended for 3d rad.
