Hello everyone.
A big problem I've been having is finding good sound effects for my game. I've mainly used effects from Rigs of Rods addons (Basically the first BeamNG. BeamNG was made by one of the main Rigs of Rods addon devs, but lets not get into that). I cannot record my own sounds, as I am only 15 and don't have a car yet. My parents have two cars, but they're not exactly 'good sounding.' Plus, I don't have a good mic.
Anyways, I was wondering if there were any good sites with sound loops or if maybe I should just edit some of the loops I have to make them sound different.
Also, if you can answer this it will be helpful. It seems thatif I use two of the same sounds at once (each attached to different things and set to change pitch on speed) but it seems that it will get louder in certain places of the city and really quiet in others. I'm thinking it may be due to my dual CamChases, but I will need to make sure.
One last thing, on another note, I am learning Unity scripting (C#), and it seems very similar to 3D Rad. I may ask for some noobish help later on.
Anyways, if you read this, you're awesome. If you reply, you're the real MVP =D

First, I wish you success with Unity... and yes... Unity's scripting syntax is pretty much like 3D Rad's one... and that was the first thing that I noticed when I saw the scripting...
And ... for the sound effects... I have maybe 11 downloaded or modified car engine loop sounds... I will share them soon...

Is there a way to get FL Studio for free? I want it for multiple reasons.

Yes... you can get it cracked (illegally) but you shouldn't use it for commercial...

The sounds are really important at all. In my game developement I got only one engine sound from the web, and no more. In my animations there must be realistic sounds or the effect is lost. The best solution is to find a way to record your own. But you need a good microphone which is hard.
