Hi imothep85 welcome to the forum.
To answer yes, yes,yes
Start with the SUV Race example that comes with 3DRAD.
3DS Max exports to '.x' files that 3DRAD uses.
Importing in to 3DRAD is easy using Radimp.exe just download it and follow the instructions that come with it.

I don't know how much experience you have, but if I were you. I would have a look at the demos, starting with SUVRace.

Hey THANKS n_iron im going to try your solution hope its going to work well. ANd another question is, its possible to import a full road, ground, trees, house for my racing game, in one scene or x file? because if i have a game like mario kart its a lot of objects to add, its easier to put all the elements in place in 3ds max than in 3drad.

Hi imothep85, That project was only a demo but it contains all the raw materials for you to do what you wanted. Don't expect anyone to make the game for you because in the end it won't be your game.
You now must build your own Race Track terrain, scenery, competitor and player cars. Put it all together and the start tuning each car to act and be competitive on the track.
There is a lot to do and it will take you at least a year to get a game finished. That's what its all about.
