so this is a place in which you guys can inspire others by videos or screenshots(the can be your own too) because after a long day of work we need to get inspired, so i will share some inspiration with you guys, made with Unreal engine 4(not by me credit goes to the maker)  Made with unity 3d(not bye me, the credit goes to the developer)  |

WOW !!! The first image of the game made in rad... I want to try it ! ! !....
BTW... are your images linked from dropbox?
EDIT: Just edited your post, made one of your images visible... Don't link from dropbox, because only you see the images... you can experience that if you are logged into dropbox, you will see them, if you log out, you won't...
Tip: When linking files to dropbox, transform their link to direct.
Do this by replacing the "www.dropbox.com" with "dl.dropboxusercontent.com" and delete the "?dl=0" at the end of the link...

thanks power, for doing that, the first rad game is something i am not 100% sure about being rad, well its not that hard to do in 3d rad, i came up to it by looking 3d rad games and it showed up in the top results so i will have to go with it, one more game which has kindaa good graphics and its surely made by 3d rad check it-:

It's not the engine... it's the content!  The content is the most important... But I think that you will amaze the people with such a game when made with 3DRad because it's a challenge... I always think that most of the users of 3DRad are not satisfied because their modeller can't make good models, or just they are not so experienced... |

I always think that most of the users of 3DRad are not satisfied because their modeller can't make good models, or just they are not so experienced... there are 2 ways out hard work or smart work and its totally upon us in differentiating both these terms, for someone doing things with 3d rad might be a hard work and doing the same thing in unity might be easier, but for someone 3d rad is easier then ever and unity 3d might seem complicated and doing the same thing might seem as hard work, so we need to make decisions wisely so that we might not regret that in future and the game we are talking about can be made in 3d rad without much effort like what does it takes , a racing game, nitro meter, speedometer, position counter and a lap counter instead of the nitro meter all the things are basics of 3d rad but thats not it we can do even more, like rear view mirrors, multiple cameras, gps and other such things very easily, i will make this game if i need to but i am working on a game which i mentioned above, and somehow racing games didn't attracted much attention from me(power and f1 andre must be thinking differently now cause i know you guys are racing fans) but i like 3rd person shooters and fps games more, i have more of a different taste in the end its all about making the games you want to play.....thats my opinion |

Don't worry... As you see I make a minecraft based game which is First Person (not Shooter still ). My purpose is to prove that not the engine makes the best game... your skills for designing, logic, calculating etc. make the game... when you know a logic of something, you simply can move it to another engine. But if you don't have the logic... the engine can't generate it in your mind... That's why 3D Rad is challenging... because behind the script is hiding a treasure, which nobody can fully find... that's the math... Also, it's the biggest challenge to learn how to optimize the performance with the graphic quality, optimize the framerate etc... every game has it's own features to worry about... |

Whoa you guys are getting deep, and yes 3D RAD may be the best engine out there to start with...period. Don't get fooled in thinking you will stop using 3D RAD and rather use other engines. 3D RAD has all the basics to make a game, maybe not with UNREAL or UNITY style graphics or performance like packman running on a fully modified i8 Desktop pc. But has everything you need. 3D RAD is awesome and in 10 years time, we will still be here comparing, but knowing we are running 3D RAD in the back of our heads.

FEZ a game made by a team of two, i think its one of the most beautiful games ever made, encourages indie games and 2d games but the art style steals everything, _screenshot_08.png) Super Meat Boy again made by only 2 but sold a million copies... never seen such amazing platforming,  And now a 3d rad game, drop my ragdoll 2 by metallica779  and delly can you send me a screenshot of the game which you have not uploaded on the forum send it to me on gamedeveloper0@gmail.com you guys should play the drop my rag doll game |

sorry my fault, the developer titles are actually below the screenshots, some games have 2 screenshots,,,,, but i will change the developer titles and keep them above the games... and i will try to link these games  |

If there is a way how to contact the developers, it will be good to ask them for the direct link...
I did that with the Tr-Zero game... I asked Daniel Haze by email, and he gave me his permission to put his game on my page...
I do it, because there is not ONE place... Not One place for all the games, that are done by 3D Rad...
All of them are spreaded over the internet to different hosts...
When I search "3D Rad games"- no simple page with all the games, made by 3D Rad...
That's why the "Games" page is made... only if we can collect all of the games and put them there...
Would be great our community to have easy access to all of these...
I didn't mentioned that some games may require purchase... They will contain the "Buy" button instead of "Download", but still there is no such a game...

yeah... i remember Dragon Mission from the old forum... the texturing of the houses was really good... i would also like to "test" that one out... and the Sailing Exploration Demo was a lot of fun... actually felt like you were on a sail boat... Heat's Pod Racer looks like it had some additional stuff added since i last saw it... and i'm gonna see if Clandestine's project is available (can't remember if i tried it out yet... err, i mean "tested" it yet some really neat lookin stuff from Rad Devs... --Mike |
