Hello all,
I'm actually quite a noobe when it comes to making games. Always modelled and skinned, never programmed let alone compiled anything. So I have a question to ask.
How do I make randomly generated maps for an RTS or dungeon crawling board games? it seems to me that 3drad could work best for games like Empire Total War with a preset number of maps, but that is not what I want. Does anyone know if it's possible to add the following?
- Have a random map generator, depending on seed. - Inserting a different seed creates a different map. - Maps can have different attributes, weather, NPCs etc.
Thank you for your time in advance.

3D Rad is actually not good for RTS at all, nor is it good at procedural generation. Procedural generation is a complicated algorithm and not recommended for people with little to no programming language.
