Awesome creations, mate! One problem tho - The text and some images look really cheesy

Chessy...? What is that supposed to mean?

I mean the text and images are just too perfect and bold... which kinda feels off (at least for me). The reason why composition, proper usage of colours and filters is so important.

What do you mean by too perfect and bold. That doesn't make sense.

I think he means they don't blend in very well with the background or something. I think all of the above look damn cool tbh

Me too. They fit the style of the game. I just noticed the Scuderia Ferrari logo and it made me think if it will get copyrighted. Will it?

It is unless permission has been given... though I doubt Ferarri will be coming to a game development forum any time soon

guys, if you make free downloadable mods, means additional cars for race simulation games in my case, you do not need any permissions relating to logos etc. because there is no profit, yet such profit restriction are written in the mod readme.txt

Sorry Borek but... That's not completely true... For example, my GH Games logo is mine... If someone uses that without my permission, even if it isn't a commercial purpose, it's still technically copyright infringement and I can take action.

that's not true either GH, unless you have registered the name as a trademark anyone can use it, names are not copyrighted 'creations' whereas models, textures, music are [so you don't have to register any or every model you make] so let's say a guy named Graham Harper wants to make games -how will he even know the name is taken if you haven't registered it? if he registers it before you - HE can take action against YOU for using it even if you used it 1st!

And don't forget anything a person creates automatically becomes their copyrighted item on the date of creation.
Registering isn't required, but makes it easier for others to validate a copyright, and avoid copyright infringement.
Sooo, GH has created a game logo, it is already copyrighted as his creation, registered or not.
If i created a logo and it happens to look a lot like GH's, he could indeed take action against me, or i against him.
If we cant settle the issue, a court case may be required, where GH & myself would be required to prove when our logos was first created, and/or prove that the logos are different enough to not be a copyright issue, and/or who ever proves theirs was first would be granted legal copyright status to that logo.
Registering would/should prevent the need for any court case's and comes with a fee..
The other thing to take note of, if a court case happens, you have to have some loss, or the judge will dismiss the case, and may even scold you for wasting the courts and your own time.
If i missed something or made a mistake... sue me !.

partly true tin, copyright applies to 'creative works' not common text titles that can only be trademarked, so the 'GH games' name at the base of the logo is not copyrighted, only the blue arrows texture part of the logo is.
if the name is not registered, i can use it and trademark it, then make him remove 'GH games' from his logo and he can only keep using the blue arrows, with some other title.
