Linux Pssf ..
I used to have linux setup as a duel boot on my old computer, i do like it, but at the time there were driver issues for my video card, i asked on the Linux forums but nobody had a fix for it because nobody had developed a driver that worked for my graphics card, so i was basically out of luck.
I did find a way to use 3drad on Linux cause i have a screen capture of a project running.
I haven't played with Linux since then, even though i reserved a harddrive partition just for installing Linux on ... its still sitting there basically unused.

i am having a pretty different experience with linux, dual booting with linux mint and windows 10, the only thing i use windows 10 is to play some games and run unity, because i like the fast and open working of linux not all steam games run on linux you know talking about fixes linux is definitely not something you should get if you get tiresome of fixing things so many things to fix... but its free after all, if only more people gave it the attention it deserves...
