In the past few days I tried to record some gameplay on my "good" PC (Desktop PC with quite good GPU). The software used was OBS. Here is what I can't figure out: While recording, my gameplay was great, I had around 50-60 fps and there was almost no lag. Then, I check the video I just did and it is "laggy" and so very awful xD
I was wondering why this happens.
PC SPECS: OS: Windows 7 32-bit RAM: 3gb DDR2 CPU: Intel 2.4 GHz GPU: Nvidia GTS 8800 XFX PSU: 700w Cooler Master
Did I forgot sth in the specs?
Thx in advance

Welp, i was using OBS to broadcast video on periscope, no lag issues. I think you'll need to look at the recording settings, check your FPS settings, i think it mite be set to 10FPS or 15FPS by default, set it to 25 or 30FPS. Another thing mite involve the codec your using.. that will take some testing. If settings don't help, then maybe you have something on your computer running in the background sucking CPU's.. Nowadays i often use OCAM ( i gave up ShareX ) OCam is pretty good, but it has a builtin NAG thing if you use the free version... If you wanna try ocam dl.dropbox.com/s/0jje3mfdoqhi4al/oCam_v406.0.exe?dl=1This is an older version that i prefer, but you can always upgrade if you like. Also, it has an annoying habit of loading the software blog page on exit, i found a way to stop it, but i had to install a browser add-on to to do it.

If settings can't help, I'll surely try OCam! Thx again!
