Real quick one:
Are we allowed to sell our games that have models from Google Sketchup? Are there any rights we need to get stuff like that.
The same applies to NVidia. Apparently in the readme for 3D Rad it says we have to notify NVidia if we sell our games. Is this true?
Sorry if this thread has already been made I can't find it, even when I use the Search service on the forum. (not saying it bad it's just there are soooooo many threads relating to "Google, Sketchup, Selling, Games" xD)

Apparently you need to have the Pro license to sell games commercially... That's very unfortunate, but it is what it is...
You can still do it in case you need to get started, because there's a very little chance of Sketchup actually sueing you... Because it doesn't make any sense... You need to get started somehow to earn enough to pay the crazy pro price... Not every company thinks like Unity (free version gives you a limit of $100 000/year revenue)... But that's just my advice and it is technically illegal... Do it at your own risk...
Now for the NVIDIA PhysX thing, I am still not sure to be honest... If it is such a big deal, then why 3D Rad or Unity don't disclaim it in a more visible manner?

Duley noted thank you. I will contact (or try to) NVidia about Physix and see what they say. I'll post the answer here too for anyone else wondering.

It all depends how you decide to export/ convert your models, even converting it to an .x file, if it isn't a .skp file, you're fine. The only thing you'd need to worry about in selling your game is sell it wherever, whenever, but if it's created on RAD, then that's where you need a permission from them, but that's it. You can create your models pretty much anywhere like even Blender and convert them to RAD, but nobody needs to know where they were made don't see me asking 2K where they made Mafia or Borderlands, or asking Bethesda where they made Sea Dogs II or Elder Scrolls lol. Just note, sketchup 8 no longer exists, if you have it still, keep it, because the newer versions may not be compatible for RAD. Sketchup can't sue you anyway because they don't have a license for Sketchup 8. (Sketchup is no longer a Google product, it is Trimble)

3D Rad's readme.txt states: "- the right to distribute, for commercial and non-commercial purposes, any number of copies of any work created by using THIS SOFTWARE, without providing either credits or additional fees to THE AUTHOR." So we can sell our games. Nice. Thank you for the information cocacola. P.S. Cool name bro!

I actually stumbled across this post when I tried to figure out why Trimble got rid of sketchup and to see if I can still use sketchup 8 with RAD or if it updated and you can use it with newer versions of sketchup, but I guess I can leave it what it is, as long as its formatted in a playable form and converted. But if you need any help with something, feel free to ask, I may be able to help. Also, thanks lol

I think maybe skecthup 8 isn't free for commercial use as well, its just what the old members say, that even when sketchup 8 was available a pro version was available as well and as just free skecthup versions have always been free modelers but for no commercial use only.
So at a time when you cannot afford another modeler and you want to make a commercial game blender seems like a right option,
