i don't think that it can be done in 3d rad(unless we get an update) 1. games made with 3d rad only supports, windows 7,8, xp, vista, web that's all 2.it was not built for the other platforms as the compiler can only compile the game in .exe format not .apk or any other.. 3.how can you run 3d rad in a mobile platform(i mean how are you supposed to connect) 4.i don't think angle script(the method of scripting 3d rad uses) can support touch controls

open gl is a web format, like i said above beside vista-web, it will be like you have to open a webpage first and install all the necessary softwares like adobe flash in your mobile and then you will have to play the game, but that's not it have you ever seen a 3d rad game embedded on a website? its really hard to make it work and the 3rd thing is even if you get it working how are you supposed to make touch screen on the game..
by point 3 i meant--for ex- when you make an android game with unity 3d there is an application in the playstore known as unity remote 4 where you can test the game in your phone or tablet but in 3d rad there is no such application on the app store or playstore so how will you test your game?(you can't send the game to playstore first and then play and then edit it again) but still you can't addthe game in the play store or app store because of different format,,, so in that case the point 3 is not required
its tough but you can be the first to try-trying makes it real

Gamedeveloper0, I am using Android but I have ios devices too. So if you feel android doesn't support direct x files i can use ios too. My main aim is too achieve this from 3drad.

ok so try it with android first, use the converter i stated above to change the game into .exe file to .apk file and then add it into your android device and then install it and see if it even runs if it does then something can be done if no then we are doomed.
