I found the first bug - In the compilier, if you select compile without any project selected, it reports an error and terminates the compilier. I'm thinking it should instead popup a box saying " no project select to compile " and a retry or continue button.
unless it is a commercial product, NicusorN5 might not have any trouble(NicusorN5 , try not to use it commercially) i think the end user, signs a agreement of not modifying

I do support your idea (even if I don't fully understand it) and am still very intrigued by what you come up with (especially as I haven't seen any of your work before), but just for a bit of reason before you get too carried away...
Users of 'your engine' will be bound by the terms of Unity as their game will contain Unity code (if I understand what you're trying to do)
And no, you can't just remake 3DRad...could you just remake Call of Duty and distribute it under the name Call of Duty 7 without comeback (even if its free)?
