Hey, I have next problem again, but this time with sketchup! When i'm exporting a model into 3D Rad, everything is normal but, when i wanna open skinmesh my 3D Rad crashes every time. I tried with other models but didn't work!

Hmm... Did your models get corrupted or the fact it had high-poly models. If high-poly, then lower the polygon number by remodeling or finding a free use low-poly model. If corruption, then try this technique and if it doesn't work, IDK.
1. Delete the skinmesh including index. 2. Install the skinmesh.
EASY!

3D Rad fails to load a skinmesh model if it has too much polygons... More than 200K is just unacceptible... Even 100K can cause significant framerate loss...

I would imagine Power has hit the nail on the head, if you are using something off whatever the sketchup warehouse is called nowdays then it won't be game friendly, its unlikely to be closed hull so you won't get shadows and will have far too many polygons, which is why making your own is so much better. If its not high poly then post up the sketchup model and lets have a look and see if we can find the problem
Remember 3DRAD stands for 3D Rapid Application Development (I'm sure that question has been asked before but never answered), its designed to make things quick and easy, not big and complex which is why it has so many limits such as this

In one of my games I was focusing on Ultra-Realistic graphics, to get around the poly problem I just uploaded one model in seperate skinmesh's. Obviously reducing polygon count is better in most cases but if you partically need it this method works pretty flawlessly.

I never knew about 3D Rapid Application Development... Never though about that... Hey, there is something new that I learn, no matter that I used 3D Rad and I got a significant experience...
Anyway! I never download things from the 3D Warehouse anymore... I would like all of my stuff to be original, to be lowpoly, easy editable... And it's just better when you create things by your own...

That's easy phenomv2, in sketchup simply click Window>Model Info and it'll popup a window with all the model info including the polygon (face) count.

Look at View > Model Info > Statistics
and check the "Show Nested Components" and look at the faces entry in the list.
That last step might be important if there are many nested components in the model as Sketch-up doesn't count those in by default

Handy Program - M Viewer link Nothing fancy just an easy way to open .x files and see accurate poly and vert counts
