I have the same problem!! Even on the animation tutorials it doesn't show it. I used all the right settings but still nothing:(

Hi I have had the same problem in the past some worked and some didn't.
To export a bones animated mesh from Fragmotion you must select Matrix Keys and Write all Frames and this should export without error. Don't select Hierarchical Mesh.
But I also have found it is necessary to to select Add Root Frame but not all ways.
If you look at Andro in Fragmotion you will notice it bones start at 0 x, 0 y, 0 z which must be the root frame.
As a test export it from Fragmotion as text.x file and then open it with Notepad. The data in Fragmotion export appears to be one big mess, so opened the file in Mview and save it again as a text file. If you have another look the data will be more orderly.
Finally save it from Mview as Binary or compressed as these will load quicker.
