Sorry if I reply an year later, but I'm new to 3D Rad and I'm searching about importing terrains into the program. So, I've discovered RadImp. But I don't know how to use it. I've seen many options, I'm a bit confused ... I read you posted a guide for it, but the link is now disabled. I'd be grateful if you can provide me another one.

You should export Terrain using the Static Rigidbody option (number 5) - I know on my system I have to export any new rigidbody twice in a row in order for it to export properly (no changes in between exports), this may be a bug or my system, don't know.

I tried to export my terrain as a RigidBody, but the terrain won't load. I've seen the button for transform a rigidbody into a terrain, but 3D Rad crashed using it.

you should use your terrain as a static rigidbody object, not a terrain object if that is what you're trying to do
