I like the way that you combine the stuff you find and make something pleasant... And that's interesting how you made the water gaps on the road... I don't know how they are named in english... that's why I call 'em gaps... Anyway... maybe try decreasing the bumpiness of the water after the rain... bump amplitude...

Thanks Power Supersport I tried to decrease bump amplitude but it was good for flat surface of water plane but in "water gaps" it looked like sea water because I have animated that as well.

Maybe a totally flat, little reflective and refractive non-bumpy plane would be better... I don't know... The real gaps don't look like that...

I could achieve the "puddles" in 3d rad without script, because it is not like making a tutorial soon will upload the project -I want to increase the image resolution of 000_em archive... someone has a higher resolution?
