Hi, Power this question is more for you than any on else. So her it goes. If I were to create a full interface must I create small parts and assemble it in game or assemble them as one and import a full image texture(like import the full UI as one image except the parts that will move or change.

Depends on what engine you use... and does it have any blending or anti-aliasing features... I really like to make the static (Underlining STATIC) parts as one single image... because it is easier to work with in Rad... And that's the conclusion... I like to put STATIC (Completely static) parts as one image... just because I can blend them just as I want in Photoshop for example... But If I separate them, I may not be able to make the same effect into the engine... That's my opinion...
