So i found this free unity game called "Last Man Standing".
pheonise.itch.io/last-man-standing
It's a multi-user ( 50 if i remember right) player project, everyone looks the same NPC and you, your goal is to figure out which NPC's are actually live players or just AI NPC's and attack and kill them.
Who ever has the highest kill count wins. ( 30 minute games )
It has server & client options, no server browser yet ( hoping that will be added in a future update ), for now to join you'll need to know the server IP address, and to play you may or may not have to portforward port 7777 (default).
Each server can use a different port so the server has to share their IP and port number which you enter to join.
If running a server you click and hold a button to show your external IP and port for sharing.
It's a very basic almost 3drad looking project, but in unity, it looks like it will be fun just trying to attack and kill and figure out who's real or maybe even hiding by acting like a NPC waiting for their chance to attack you as you pass.
I'll post back here when the server is set up and waiting, all you need to do is download the zip file, unzip somewhere and run the exe, it isn't an install-able game, so to remove it, just delete the folder.
I actually believe 3drad could make a clone of this, would the networking kill it.. who knows .. only real thing missing for 3drad would be a animated character model with running / walking and attack animations, nothing else required.
The little town is very very basic in design, only the NPC models have a decent look to them.
Questions comments.. you know where to find me.
EDIT----------------
It supports windows Linux and MAC, so most people can play.
END----------------
