I just updated Unity from 5.3.5f1 to 5.6.0f3. I was wondering why there are thos red and blue "stains" on every element (except for trees). The stains appear almost everywhere. Why? There weren't any of them in the previous version of Unity? Could you provide some explanation? Thx in advance

I think you have both specular highlights and reflections checked on your material renderer as well, probably, the smoothing and metallic up high - uncheck those and play with the settings and you should be good to go. Its not a bug, you just have a bad combination of material settings

I have both a portable PC and a Desktop PC and only portable one has this problem. Portable use Intel Graphics. Desktop Computer has a Radeon graphic card and has no problem like this.

As I said you have the tickbox which says "Specular Highlights" & the tickbox that says "Reflection" checked - click on a model in the inspector and look in the shader section
Not a bug, also not hardware, just the wrong combination of material shader properties for what you want - you've clearly just updated version, these bits have changed

OK , maybe I jumped too quick with this so my apologies. Although the changes I suggested will stop the issue you have (and maybe you need HDR and reflection probes so it would not suit you), it seems there is an issue with compression algorithms in the new version - apparently if you change the setting under EDIT>GRAPHICS EMULATION to select SHADER MODEL 2 this may cure your problem
