Hey guys, I got Photoshop CS6 about a week ago, and I saw that my 7.0 version's max resolution was 4000 pix/cm, but Photoshop CS6 had only a max resolution of 115.341 pix/cm... And another problem... When I create a file even as small as 1024 x 1024, the scratch disks become full... To be precise, 600 GBs!!! I don't know why this happens. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance Famer

Resolution (px / cm) seems to matter only when you're printing out images, but it doesn't really seem to affect the quality... I personally use 72px/cm for resolution... I've experimented with higher resolution densities, but the result doesn't seem to change... Better use higher dimensions (2560x1440) with 72px/cm resolution than lower dimensions with higher one...

Thanks for the help , but does it usually take that much space in the scratch disks?

I really don't know for sure... I never had such problem, so I don't pay attention to that...
