I tried to use a rigged model made in MakeHuman as a character but I'm confused and I don't know exactly what to do? What have I to do to make move a rigged character? And, can I make animations in Unity for example for cinematics or even the basic animations for his movements. The character I'm talking about isn't the controlled one but I'm confused on both.

What rig did you set to the Makehuman character. I highly reccomend using Game Engine. Also, did you export the model as a .fbx?

Is the model set as humanoid, or generic rig in unity?

Well, I tried both. I think when I imported it it was set on "None".

Most animations on the unity asset store are a Humanoid animation. If you animate yourself, there is a high chance the animation will be generic. You can just click the model file on unity, and set it to Generic, or Humanoid (Based on your animations.)
Humanoid animations are very versatile animations. Each bone is aligned with a humanoid type of bone. (Arms, Legs, Torso, Head, and other limbs.) Generic animations are just regular animations specifically designed for the specific bone preferences on your model.

And once is set as Humanoid? How do animate it? Do I need an external program?

Im unsure of how to make humanoid animations, but there are probably tutorials. Most animation software supports humanoid animation. If all animations are custom made, I recommend setting the model to generic.
