After rigging your model with Mixamo and getting all the animations, just download them as a normal FBX.
convert the downloaded FBX files (all of the animations which you want) to the FBX 2006 format (Fragmotion errors out on anything newer) with the FBX converter Import the converted FBX 2006 files into Fragmotion. If you'd like, delete the "Default" pose (T-pose) and then simply go to FIle/Merge animation and import each of the 2006 FBX files and uncheck the "Default" pose each time. After this, you simply export it to X and make sure to check the following:
Add Root Frame
and change the rotation type to Quaternion.
I've run into an issue where the running animation might pause for a second when it ends and restarts. I can't find a fix aside from checking "compress animation data" in Rad.
