This can be really easy if you're using Unity's particle system. IDK about 3D Rad, but I believe you may need to do some scripting

Ok, i will forget it for now, thanks buddy! Is there any anti-alising script or method? run game at 1920x1080 with 'full scene' on [which is AA in full screen mode] looking good so far, but those ground textures look suspiciuosly from google satelite images maybe -that's a no-no for games unless licensed. those clouds look particle based that appear based on players proximity, likely scripted to follow player loacation.
