I downloaded it, Amazingly fast, i made a multi-player racing project in 25 minutes.. soooo cool all kidding aside. I found the first bug - In the compilier, if you select compile without any project selected, it reports an error and terminates the compilier. I'm thinking it should instead popup a box saying " no project select to compile " and a retry or continue button.

You should really know, dude, seriously! Nothing personal against you, but if you haven't got the rights, they will... they will... I don't want to think about it!

unless it is a commercial product, NicusorN5 might not have any trouble( NicusorN5 , try not to use it commercially) i think the end user, signs a agreement of not modifying as i can read in the EULA:- You may NOT: - remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels or marks on or in THIS SOFTWARE. - modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble THIS SOFTWARE. - rent, transfer, or grant any rights (including possession) in the original or backup copy of THIS SOFTWARE, in full or in part, to any person. you can read the eula here:- goo.gl/d8UldUcheck lines 22-26, also see your rights...

I do support your idea (even if I don't fully understand it) and am still very intrigued by what you come up with (especially as I haven't seen any of your work before), but just for a bit of reason before you get too carried away...
Users of 'your engine' will be bound by the terms of Unity as their game will contain Unity code (if I understand what you're trying to do)
And no, you can't just remake 3DRad...could you just remake Call of Duty and distribute it under the name Call of Duty 7 without comeback (even if its free)?

I don't see any issues, renaming is probably a good idea, and just mention that it's design is based on 3drad.
