Ok, guys, I really want to update my windows 7 to windows 10,
but what I readed in the news is that it will collect any kind of information that can be found on my PC...
Like passwords, messages, chats, how much I use my PC, when I turn it on... or off... which programs I use, how much I use them, where I browse in the internet... The list is ENDLESS ! ! !
Guess what? In the news feed they tell that this is in the LONG agreement that we just skip while installing the windows...
I don't know what to do now... I just though that this can tie some kinda discussion... I don't want Microsoft to mess up with my privacy! But I want their latest products... What's your opinion about the question?
/It would be great to share the news feed, but they are in bulgarian (not in english) so you probably wouldn't understand anything/

In that case I wouldn't install it! Why is this what Microsoft are doing? It's like recording your screen and you can't hide anything private. What about the other Windows OS like 7, Vista, 8, (XP) ?

why would microsoft have interest in our stuff, you should go with it, if you can trust google facebook or even dropbox you can trust microsoft atleast, the only thing that is worrying me now is that my unity files may get corrupt, so i would only install it after about a year to check if my old games work properly on windows 10..

This is why when I installed it I thought my anti-virus was glitching telling me there was spyware. But when I turned it off to test if it was glitching, what a surprise windows defender found NOTHING, but my non-windows was trying to delete spyware. How strange

I'm even battling my phone as after I installed google chrome for it and realised it was rubbish and uninstalled it has been slowly trying to take over.

life is a game of trust, you need to know who to trust and who not to, you should trust yourself the most but you need to know what to share and what not to, share what you think is right (except if you working with the FBI)

That with the spyware is interesting... I've never though that antivirus programs will even recognize windows as spyware...

Yes I agree I do not trust ANY computer companies so I just don't put any personal info on my computer so it doesn't really matter to much

That with the spyware is interesting... I've never though that antivirus programs will even recognize windows as spyware... It might not have been windows but something about win10 made it either A. Made it start working and reveal non windows malware Or B. Windows is evil and installed spyware

Any way all the Microsoft spyware if it does exist would only be reporting files to the FBI to try to stop terrorism

I wonder... Nowadays... Is it possible not to put any personal data on your PC like pictures, videos... Very interesting...
What Microsoft tells is that it collects the data only to help them improve their services...

What Microsoft tells is that it collects the data only to help them improve their services... Yes I agree it is probably just sending crash reports etc. but I still don't trust anyone

So do you think WIN10 made the anti virus work or it classed windows 10 as spyware
